My foot is doing great!  That stress reaction healed up and I could not be more thrilled about it.  : )
More to come but I had to give an update.  I need to build the run back gradually though.  I did enough cycling and water running during the down time that I did not lose fitness.  However, I need to make sure my muscles, tendons, bones, etc are ready for the running as my cardio system is likely ahead of where the rest of my body is with running.
