I hope! I got the shot yesterday. No swimming until Saturday. I am also using some super medicated gel. I’m not worried…yet. The shoulder hurts more now than it did yesterday, but that is probably a normal reaction.
Today I am skipping cycling and I won’t be swimming tomorrow! Bad bad bad. Its all rainy and gets dark too early.
