- An individually designed plan hand built for you and delivered in training block typically in lengths of 1-4 weeks based on your preferences and goals.

- Detailed start up analysis of your unique background, strengths, needs, and developmental areas. Monitoring of progress will be performed throughout the training process.
- Weekly focus emails for motivation, inspiration or education.

- Regular benchmark testing. This will include education around the purpose of these tests and the results.
- Continuous coaching support including unlimited email, phone and text. This includes night/weekend coach availability.
- Monitoring of race day and key training day fueling to dial in a detailed fueling plan for your ‘A’ race.
- Review of all key files, including power, and feedback provided on all workouts completed. Your coach will be engaged, involved and excited about your training!
- Pre-race strategy and post race recap phone calls are included for all of your races.
