3 days before my first ever standalone marathon- something I’ve wanted to do ever since IMFL- and I’m sick. I’m hoping it is just food poisoning and I’ll be able to recover super fast and go on as planned!

I wasn’t really worrying about this race at all, but with this wrench thrown in… now I’m getting a little concerned.
I also hate to miss swim practice! Coach R was working with me on flip turns last week and I’m swimming in lane 4! I don’t like missing out. Every single practice I have been to has served a purpose and has been beneficial. I swam a 300 in 5:03 a few weeks ago! I can not believe it. I pretty much never skip practice unless I have work commitments or in today’s case… pathetically sick.
