Why am I sore from a 6 mile run? Is this real? What has happened to me? I need to get back on track.

It’s too cold outside.
I’m too stressed out.
My foot tendonitis hurts.
I’d rather have a beer.
I need to sleep in.
excuses, excuses, excuses.
Good thing my winter training team practices start again tomorrow. I’ve never had such a motivation issue…. EVER.
I signed up for a half marathon in March and a full and HILLY marathon in April. This should motivate me.
